Short-Term Volunteer
We welcome short term volunteers at any given time throughout the year. We can always use willing and helping hands on-site doing maintenance, helping in the garden and grounds, assisting in camp, providing childcare, in program assistance, and in hospitality.
If you are interested in volunteering for a short time in Esperanza, please contact us for an application. We require a current Criminal Record Check to complete the application.
Long-Term Volunteer/Full-Time Staff
Our full-time staff wear many hats, do many different jobs, and must be flexible in job description. Areas of ministry may include hospitality and housekeeping, grounds care and maintenance, boat driving, garden and greenhouse care, firewood chopping and stocking, fuel dock operators, maintenance, events, childcare, cooking all in service to The Lord and serving the coast according to the purposes of Esperanza Ministries.
Remote living conditions combined with faith-based living can make living here challenging. Yet, God calls us to His purposes and many do come and live here for a time.
